After a first professional life in engineering and entrepreneurship, Adrien Guerra pursues his career in Marketing and Entertainment. In 2004, he joined Electronic Arts, a world leader in video games, to perform various local and global functions, notably on the "The Sims" brand. In 2009, he took over the Marketing and Communication Department of Bandai Namco Entertainment France-Benelux and restructured the department in order to address the stakes of digitization and thus contribute to the creation of a leading publisher.
Adrien is graduated from ESSEC (Paris) and Thunderbird Graduate School (Phoenix USA) with a specialization in marketing and international affairs.
Working with passionate people and learning constantly are his greatest motivators; in his team creativity is a prerequisite, errors are admitted and even encouraged, only status-quo is unacceptable.
