Olivier is graduated from Besançon ENSI with a 3rd year diploma at Clemson University, South Carolina, USA. Cursus completed by an Executive Master in Marketing & Commercial Strategy at HEC Paris in 2014.
He worked in cash management and trade for 17 years, initially in the project management relative to the construction of European means of payment and then in Marketing. In 2009, he leads the innovation process of Natixis Global Transaction Banking and creates the Lab Cash Management, a technology innovation unit.
In 2014 he joined the Insurance division of Natixis to drive the digital transformation of the company and the innovation process.
He regularly takes part in professional events on digital, big data and innovation. After co-writing a white paper "How to innovate in times of crisis? ", and a professional thesis, he will publish in spring 2017 at Dunod Editions a book provisionally entitled " Innovate or disappear ".
