Benoit Bouffart, 37, is Chief product officer of Voyages-sncf.com, which includes the management of the Product Management, Customer Experience and Innovation at Voyages-sncf.com, which he joined in 2015 as Head of Strategy and Innovation.
His mission today is to :
• Ensure the agile steering of the "Products roadmap" of Voyages-sncf.com,
• Guarantee the consistence of the customer touchpoints (experience and performance),
• Facilitate the Innovation to accelerate the group and support ambitions, taking into account market changes, customer expectations and technological breakthroughs.
Benoît began his career in 2003 as a consultant. He worked mainly in sectors in high transformation (Energy, telecoms operator, mobility) specifically on the management of Digital programs. He is a graduate of Montpellier Business School and an MBA from Texas A & M International University.
